  • For years now I have considered the though of a coach and a more disciplined lifestyle to really achieve my goals, but shied away from it until a little over a month ago. I reached out to Brett and Eric through someone already working with them and let me tell you that it was the BEST decision I have ever made for MYSELF. If this is something you have wanted, JUST DO IT. Eric has been awesome (he is who is personally working with me)- considerate but not giving too much slack.   • I’m not to sure where to begin so I will venture back to January of 2017.  I was like most people in the gym, I took hours of research on line and found “the best mens workout” and “15 ways to lose belly fat” websites, and being a man in his 40’s, thought to myself, I can do this, I’m good.  Well, truth be told I was doing mediocre, but I kept seeing a gym buddy of mine showing weekly improvements and I had that, left in the dust feeling.  I approached my friend and he proclaimed with great confidence, “man, you have to join Bretts team, its incredible!” .  So what did I do…kept saying, next week, maybe next week, I will think about it…finally in April of this year I sat down with Coach B and we made a plan, I can honestly say that this was one of the most important decisions that I have made in years.

    All I wanted was to get in shape and lose a few pounds, today is Oct 31st, and I will be stepping on stage for the first time in 18 days entering my first ever Masters Mens Physique comp at the age of 43!!!  Win or lose on stage, I have already won by crushing my goals with health, mind clarity, workplace you name it…this is one decision I will never regret.

    Coaches Eric and Brett are incredible and all you need to do is look in the mirror and ask yourself, why am I waiting…the time is now…
